Main Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:


Prepare and process import/export documents and other forms on behalf of clients in accordance with customs regulations, laws and procedures Prepare entry forms that include rail movement information such as classification codes, country of origin, weights and quantities Submit documentation to customs government department Assist clients in securing paperwork needed to qualify imports for trade programs Help clients with export rail movement; provide information on export licenses and submit information through automated export systems Represent clients under a power of attorney with custom officials Apply for tariff reclassifications and duty refunds and Coordinate transportation and storage of imported goods.




Candidate Profile:


Must have a minimum 2 years customs brokerage experience; Valid customhouse broker license and CCS certification preferred; Excellent customer service skills; Supply Chain/Logistics/ customs brokerage education a bonus; Previous customer service experience required; Knowledge of complex import laws and regulations; Excellent computer skills; advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel; Must be willing to travel; Must have access to a vehicle; Able to pass pre-employment Criminal Background Check.
