About the Opportunity

Our client, located in Ottawa, is looking for a Customer Technician Support Analyst to join their growing team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Technical Support
  • Network maintenance and monitoring
  • Implementation and development of product and services
  • Training and documentation
About You

The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Post secondary education in computer science or networking
  • Knowledge of IP and cloud networking architecture
  • Experience with Linux and Windows OS
  • 1-2 years experience in a related role
  • Must be eligible for government security clearance
About the Job
  • Salary: $60,000 to $65,000
