Overview

Join our team as a Customer Support / Vending Route Driver based out of Nanaimo and to provide support to our Victoria clients.

Your approach and excellent communication skills will drive success! In this role, you will be the friendly face of our company, delivering exceptional client service while managing vending machine routes. In addition you will manage the stock flow of inventory to the Victoria office. Multitasking abilities and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations, and satisfied clients.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving, customer interaction, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and restock vending machines and clients locations across designated routes Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally Perform routine maintenance checks on vending machines to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness Collect payments, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain detailed records of sales and inventory through data entry Additional duties may include sales and technical support if you show a desire to move in that direction. Fill in support for other route to cover holiday and absentee.

Qualifications

Fluency in English required. Prior experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments is preferred. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening capabilities. Valid driver's license Experience operating delivery a vehicle is advantageous
Training and opportunities for advancement in Technical and Sales / Marketing are an option if the candidate has those interests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 28 per week
