We are in search of a Customer Support Supervisor to lead our fast-growing Montreal team. The successful individual will be leading a team of customer service representatives in providing exceptional service and support to our business-to-business Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of representatives in providing exemplary customer service
  • Drive individual and team results through performance management and continuous coaching and development
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and distributing tasks and responsibilities to the team
  • Maintain department KPIs, team motivation, and daily targets
  • Handle partner and/or customer escalations in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in a metrics-driven Call Center environment - Customer Service, Customer Support, or Inbound Sales
  • Supervisory or team lead experience with direct reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to deliver constructive feedback that inspires engagement and improved performance
  • Strong organizational skills and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
  • High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
  • Bilingual - English and French
  • Ability to work in our office in Montreal full time (Monday to Friday 9-5, occasional Saturday shifts)
