We\'re looking for a Customer Care Specialist who\'s technically savvy, customer-focused, and eager to dive into a fast-paced and challenging work environment. As a member of our Customer Care team, you\'ll be the first point of contact for customers from around the world, offering expert support via email, chat, or scheduled call-backs. With a suite of powerful internal and 3rd-party tools and your existing support experience, you\'ll diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer requests with ease.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role to be considered!
This role is 100% remote in Canada, with the option to come into the office if you happen to live in or around the Vancouver area (but it\'s totally up to you!) The shift we need to fill is 9am-5pm Pacific Time.
We will provide you with a laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse so that you have everything you need to do your job.
