Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records through efficient data entry Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to meet customer needs Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish as needed

Skills

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions Experience in sales, upselling, or customer service roles is advantageous Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor during interactions Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks Good analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
