Customer Support Specialist

Role Details:

Support our network dealers and customers to ensure optimal customer experience in accordance with our core values and being a brand ambassador for Jaylor.
Receive, process and ship after sales parts calls from customers in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain all related files.
Being cross trained in and assisting with updating and maintaining customer resources and parts. Follow up with other departments as needed.
Always provide the highest level of service to customers and work collaboratively with peers to ensure that our customers' expectations are met.
Assist with ensuring all stock levels are maintained in the main warehouse as well as any off-site warehouses.
Assist with processing warranty claims under the direction of the Customer Support Manager on a 'fill in' or 'as needed' basis.
Give input into engineering design revisions and development. Continue ongoing product development efforts with Jaylor products.
Provide customer support to end users and dealers.
Provide technical support to end users and dealers as required, be a liaison point of contact.
Provide onboarding training and support for new network dealers.
Potential travel to dealers and/or customers within North America and internationally. Occasional travel to support sales and marketing trade shows and events.
Conduct yourself and act in a professional and business-oriented manner at all times.
Weekly schedule is Monday to Friday, combination of in-office and remote.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work as a member of team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and ERP systems.
The ability to coordinate and plan work activities
Excellent problem solving skills
Must be capable of reading and interpreting drawings.
Must be extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks
Must be able to multi task.
Strong work ethic.
Must be mechanically inclined.
Knowledge of farm equipment is an asset.
