Job Summary
Davis Controls Ltd., a leading industrial equipment supplier, is seeking a proactive
Customer Support Specialist
to support our customers and Product Specialists. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, timely order processing, and excellent client service in the
automation and process instrumentation
space.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers with orders, proposals and webstore inquiries
Coordinate RMAs with sales team, customers and partners
Assist suppliers and maintain accurate project documentation
Help the marketing team with content for social media intiaitives
Maintain records in CRM and follow internal procedures
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in process instrumentation, automation or industrial equipment
Strong computer skills, comfortable with CRM and web-based tools
Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
Customer focused, results-oriented and a team player
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
