Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Utilize analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Maintain professional phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales Operations, or related field preferred.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Cantonese) are a plus.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales strategies is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
