Customer Support Representative
Job Description
MWG Apparel is looking for a Customer Support Representative. Joining a small team, the Customer Support Representative will respond to customer inquiries, answer phone calls, process orders and returns, sort, analyze, and generate internal reports. You must have strong communication skills, prior experience in customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.
We are searching for a positive and outgoing individual who is looking to join our team and help take our expanding business to new levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
