This position is a seasonal role. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to all email and online chat Inquiries from our customers. Interested In joining the Chudleigh's team? • Minimum 2-years experience in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must have email/chat contact handling skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to handle high volume email and chat
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - excel and word

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to all email and online chat inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the correct methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Display a positive attitude and keenness to learn
• Create and upload events and tickets onto the Chudleigh's website
• Process online orders and create shipping labels for products
