to join our growing team in Kelowna. You'll be the behind-the-scenes star, helping the team stay on top of client tasks, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination.
This role supports our
North American team
and reports into our
Head Office in Australia

What You'll Be Doing
Assist the Kelowna team and Head Office with
admin, coordination, and task follow-ups
Keep our systems updated (CRM, internal trackers, client records)
Support client onboarding by preparing documents and checklists
Jump in where needed--no task too small or big!
What We're Looking For
Strong admin, organizational, and multitasking skills
A natural helper who loves being the team's go-to person
A great communicator who can juggle tasks across time zones
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
