YOUR CHALLENGES

Process operational transactions related to vending machines and other VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) services; Work closely with Sales and Operations, as well as the clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter orders and data in different systems; Carry out follow-ups on stockouts and work with Sales to find replacement solutions; Process transactions using the ERP (quotes, orders, invoices) for our various VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) services; Respond to customer requests via different channels (phone, email); Add and update database information (new and existing customers); Produce and analyze reports according to the needs; Create new catalogues using the SafeStock portals and ensure their maintenance; Participate in the installation and implementation of projects for new clients; Keep a record of all customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints; Communicate and work in collaboration with other team members and departments; Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS

Number of nonconformities according to established standards; Maintain a data entry pace according to established standards; Average processing time according to established standards; Average response time according to established standards; Customer satisfaction level.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position; General experience in customer service; Experience in operations/logistics or distribution; At ease with technology; Bilingual.
