Job Description


Cronometer is looking for a Customer Support Associate.

The Customer Support (CS) group is a tight-knit team, responsible for delivering an excellent experience for Cronometer users. As a Customer Support Associate, you will become a product specialist and educate customers about using Cronometer on our web and mobile platforms. Your resilient, positive attitude will help our CS Team maintain our glowing reputation as we rapidly expand our user-base. Fantastic tech + world class data + awesome customer support = the Cronometer difference. What you will be doing:

  • Coaching users on how to get the most from the Cronometer website and mobile app
  • Answering questions via email, socials, and postcard (it\xe2\x80\x99s happened)
  • Communicating with users to authenticate accounts and identify bugs
  • Using your super sleuthing skills to identify and troubleshoot issues with users
  • Collaborating and problem solving with folks in our Quality Assurance and Development Teams
  • Sharing your ideas and being the voice of the customer in new feature design sessions
  • Publishing your product expertise in our user manuals and internal knowledge base
  • Inform improvements in our software and processes.
What we are looking for:
  • A passion for customers and delivering an amazing experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with technology and learning new tools
  • Experience with Zendesk or other helpdesk software
  • Sherlock Holmes level curiosity and drive to get to the bottom of things
  • An interest in nutrition, health, and wellness
  • Swiss-army-knife style resourcefulness and monk-like patience to calmly solve problems for our amazing, enthusiastic (and sometimes agitated) users
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $45,000/year base salary + employee bonus program
