Experienced at processing customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal CRM systems.

Experienced at

handling inbound calls, emails, EDI's and other forms of communication

from consumers, retail partners, and distributors.

It automates the process of sending and receiving documents like purchase orders, invoices, and shipping notices, replacing manual methods such as paper, fax, and email to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Experienced at handling/responding promptly to

customer inquiries

, providing accurate information about company's products and services.

Familiar collaborating with sales, logistics, and marketing and operations teams to support customer needs and ensure timely delivery.

Proficient with

MS Excel

(e.g., pivot tables, vlookups)

MUST BE bilingual.

Fluent speaking and writing in both English and French.

Customer Supply Chain Representative - Bilingual

As a Customer Supply Chain Representative at Burnbrae Farms, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Handle inbound calls, emails, EDI's and other forms of communication from consumers, retail partners, and distributors.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about Burnbrae Farms products and services.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems (SAP, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining the best resolution.

Collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing and operations teams to support customer needs and ensure timely delivery.

Educate customers on new products, promotions, and policies where appropriate

Qualifications & Experience:



High School Diploma Required; post secondary education preferred

3-5 years of customer service or call center experience. Supply chain or CPG experience would be an asset.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Computer skills will be part of the recruitment process. Familiarity with

Bilingual in English and French
