Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative, located in Saskatoon, SK. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for assisting sports organizations, teams, and members using the TeamLinkt platform. Daily tasks include onboarding customers, troubleshooting issues, guiding users through platform features, general account management and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is an entry-level role with significant growth potential in a fast-paced tech company.

Who You Are



Passionate about sports and technology. A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Patient, empathetic, and skilled at problem-solving. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities. Driven and eager to learn, with a growth mindset. Previous customer support or customer service experience is a plus. Sales experience may be considered an asset Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is considered an asset.

What You'll Do



Customer Assistance - Provide timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating to the product/engineering team when needed. Onboarding Support - Guide new users through setup and best practices to ensure successful adoption. Collaboration with Sales - Partner closely with the sales team to assist prospects, support onboarding, and ensure a smooth handoff between teams. Knowledge Sharing - Contribute to help center articles, FAQs, and support documentation. Cross-Team Collaboration - Work with product and marketing teams to share customer feedback and improve the platform. User Education - Help customers understand and maximize the use of TeamLinkt's features. Customer Experience - Ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling supported and confident. Retention & Engagement - Build strong relationships with customers and proactively support them to reduce churn.

Qualifications



Strong communication and customer service skills. Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the sports industry or with SaaS platforms is a plus.
