We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist, Onboarding to join our Collage team, offering flexibility in location. Our Customer Success Specialist, Onboarding plays a crucial role in the client journey. Your deep knowledge of the Collage platform paired with your thoughtful needs analysis shapes the client experience from the day they say YES to Collage!

The Customer Success Specialist, Onboarding will:

Build individualized project plans for each client by assessing needs and goals. Provide in-depth training on Collage platform tools and features via video and phone. Work to ensure maximum activation of new Collage clients. Connect across the organization to resolve questions and issues, providing a great customer experience. Provide excellent customer service along with HR technology support and guidance.

with Collage, you will need

:

2+ years of SaaS implementation and/or customer service experience. Completion of a Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience. High energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive, "can do" attitude both virtually and in person. A curiosity for and love of technology, and the ability to pick up and teach new tools quickly. High degree of ownership and commitment, taking pride in a job well done. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and strong Microsoft Excel skills.

All-star candidates will have:

Full fluency in French and English. Professional customer service experience in a B2B software environment.
