As we expand, we're looking for a confident, client-facing
Customer Success Representative
to join our team. This role is all about owning client communication: running monthly meetings, being the first line of contact, and making sure requests get documented, prioritized, and completed. You'll be the face of Impact IQ to our clients, helping ensure every account feels supported, organized, and understood.
What You'll Do
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading monthly client meetings (agenda prep, delivery, follow-up documentation)
Acting as the primary point of contact for client calls and emails
Logging and tracking client requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Collaborating with our Customer Success Manager to route requests to the SEO team
Following up with clients to provide updates and close the loop on requests
Spotting upsell opportunities and communicating them to our Sales team
Supporting light office/admin tasks, including front-line phone coverage
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of experience in customer service, client success, or account management (agency or B2B experience a strong asset)
A confident, professional communicator -- especially over the phone and in client meetings
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with marketing or digital services clients (SEO knowledge a plus)
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is an asset)
Ability to manage multiple clients and requests simultaneously
A stable, well-defined position, but with potential to grow into leadership as our CS team expands
