We're looking for a

Customer Success / Service Representative

to be the first friendly voice people hear when they call Care2Talk. If you're warm, organized, and enjoy helping others, this role is for you.

What You'll Do



Answer inbound calls and be the welcoming, professional voice of Care2Talk Provide friendly, clear support to patients and families about our programs and services Help customers book appointments, navigate our app, or connect with providers Keep accurate notes and ensure follow-ups are completed Collaborate with the rest of the Care2Talk team to ensure smooth patient experiences

based in British Columbia

Previous customer service or healthcare admin experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
