We're a global company (with our Head Office in Australia) expanding across North America, and we're looking for a Customer Success & Sales Person to join our Kelowna team.
What You'll Be Doing
Act as the
main point of contact for clients
--building long-term, trust-based relationships
Understand client needs and propose
tailored solutions
to help them achieve results
Follow up on leads, re-engage previous clients, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Support the North American partner program and help drive
partner engagement
Track sales activity and pipeline using our CRM and internal tools
Collaborate closely with the broader
North American (NAMER)
team and our
Australia HQ
This Role is for You If You...
Are a confident communicator who loves talking to people and making connections
Have experience in
customer success, account management, or sales
Take a consultative, solution-based approach to sales--not pushy, just proactive
Are self-driven and comfortable managing your own workflow
Want to be part of a growing business, but on a
part-time, flexible schedule
Requirements
Based in
Kelowna
, BC and available to work
2-3 days/week on-site
Prior experience in a
client-facing role
(customer success, inside sales, or account management)
Strong follow-up, organizational, and CRM tracking skills
Bonus: Familiarity with working across time zones and international teams
