Funding Change is Manitoba's homegrown tech platform that makes it simple - and exciting - for nonprofits, schools and community groups to run successful, online raffles. From local grassroots efforts to large-scale institutional campaigns, we've helped raise
millions
for good causes.
Now we're gearing up for
Version 2
of our platform and a new wave of innovation and scale. And that's where you come in.
We're looking for a
Customer Success Representative (CSR)
who's part problem solver, part relationship builder and all heart. If you love helping people succeed, thrive in fast-moving environments and find joy in getting the details right - let's talk.
What You'll Do
You'll be the face (and voice) of Funding Change for our customers - helping them get set up, stay supported and feel empowered throughout their campaigns.
Here's a snapshot of your role:
Be the go-to contact for customers - answer questions, troubleshoot and offer friendly, solutions-focused support
Guide customers through the setup process, including info verification, backend setup, and timely launch prep
Send out campaign updates and end-of-campaign reports to keep customers informed (and ready to brag to their communities)
Spot opportunities to upsell or refer leads to the sales team - especially around subscription or new features
Assist in creating help desk resources (like FAQs, short how-to videos, or guides) to help customers self-serve with ease
Keep support materials and internal processes up to date and organized (you love a clean system!)
Collaborate with our sales, product and operations teams to share customer insights and improve how we work
Occasionally pitch in on writing customer-facing emails (like alerts or promos) to boost engagement and reach
Who You Are
You're the kind of person who gets a little thrill from solving someone's problem quickly and making their day. You have strong instincts for customer care, clear communication and love rolling with change.
3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or support (SaaS or nonprofit experience is a plus!)
Friendly, empathetic and confident communicator - over email, phone, or chat
Tech-comfortable: you've used CRM tools, shared drives and love figuring out new platforms
Detail-oriented and organized - you don't let things slip through the cracks
Collaborative and proactive - you notice patterns, suggest improvements and speak up
Bonus: You've worked with fundraising tools, online payments, or regulated products before (nice but not required)
Why You'll Love Working Here
Purpose with impact
- your work directly supports community causes and organizations
Startup pace
- fast-moving, lots of autonomy and never boring
People-first culture
- flexible, supportive and values-driven
Room to grow
- this role evolves as we do (and we're growing fast)
A Few More Details
This is a
full-time role
, primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings
Standard business hours apply, but you may need to hop on an urgent request after-hours once in a while - we always make it reasonable
You'll work closely with leadership and the sales team
How to Apply
Ready to help awesome people raise money for awesome causes? Send us your resume - or go one step further and record a short voice memo or video introducing yourself (optional, but we love a personal touch).
