About the Position:
The Customer Success Officer drives software sales, adoption, and client success across ALS Geoanalytics' offerings. This role will be responsible managing the sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing deals. The key focus of this position includes driving client base growth, proactive outreach, deal acceleration and client engagement using a strategic approach.
