Customer Success & Marketing Assistant
Role Mission:
Eco Lighting & Electrical is an independent supplier and distributor of premium LED lighting & electrical products, control systems and distribution systems. We specialize in offering lighting and electrical solutions for an array of different applications, including commercial, industrial, residential and horticultural projects.

This role combines client communication, administrative and marketing responsibilities with cross-department collaboration to ensure we provide a high level of customer service with exceptional delivery.

What We Need From You:
•Sales & Client Relationship Management•
Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely service and consultative-based solutions are offered.
Update and maintain customer databases within our CRM, marketing and accounting software systems.
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals as needed, pull and ship customer orders, and manage client order workflow.
Support front counter sales as needed.
Obtain and maintain strong technical & product knowledge to best service our customers.
General office-related errands & delivery of client orders is necessary at times. Class 5 Drivers License & access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Assisting in lead-generation activities including producing mailers, performing client outreach and customer nurturing campaigns.
Merchandising and maintaining the showroom displays and customer touch points.
•Administrative & Marketing Support•
Assist in documentation and report generation, including taking meeting minutes, data entry and KPI reporting.
Assist Marketing Manager in the development and execution of a marketing calendar and its initiatives, using web, social media, digital, print and other mediums of marketing.
Update and maintain accurate records within the accounting system. This includes updating client records, statements, and managing the accounts receivable.
Assist in coordinating industry events, tradeshows and promotional activities.
Support Purchasing & Operations by conducting cycle counts, identifying inventory requirements and notifying the Purchasing Manager.
Qualifications & Who We Are Looking For:
Previous experience in retail or a customer service environment is considered an asset.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle high-volume workloads with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
A self-starter with the discipline to handle and meet deadlines.
A basic understanding of inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures is an asset.
Class 5 License & Access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Experience in using CRM, marketing and accounting software systems, and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
