About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who loves solving problems, building relationships, and creating meaningful impact.

This role bridges Sales, Operations, and Training -- ensuring our customers receive timely solutions, support, and clear communication across teams.

What You'll Do

Act as the main point of contact for enterprise customers -- guiding them through onboarding, training, and issue resolution. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Research teams to troubleshoot and follow through on client requests. Analyze challenges, propose practical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Manage customer relationships with professionalism, empathy, and accountability. Track and document all touchpoints and outcomes in CRM and internal systems. Work with internal departments to improve process efficiency and ensure smooth collaboration.

Who You Are

1-5 years of customer-facing or coordination experience. Strong communicator and natural problem-solver. Calm, professional, and eager to learn. Warm, approachable, and emotionally intelligent.
