We're growing fast, and we're looking for a
Customer Success Manager
who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, understands clients deeply, and drives growth through strong relationships, smart upselling, and exceptional communication.
What You'll Do
Act as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients, from onboarding to ongoing delivery and renewal.
Lead onboarding and kickoff calls to ensure projects start smoothly and strategically.
Maintain constant communication with clients about timelines, deliverables, and campaign results.
Coordinate internal workflows between Creative Directors, Production Managers, and Creator Coordinators to keep projects moving on time.
Translate client feedback into clear, actionable notes for creative and production teams.
Monitor ad performance data and identify creative opportunities for new tests or deliverables.
Upsell clients
on expanded video packages, new campaign concepts, or additional creative testing rounds based on performance insights.
Proactively drive
renewals and package upgrades,
ensuring clients understand the value of continued production and creative iteration.
Collaborate with the CCO and sales team to refine pitch strategies and contribute to internal revenue targets.
Re-engage inactive clients through strategic follow-up and reporting calls.
Keep all project data accurate and updated in
Monday.com
and
Pipedrive
.
Qualifications We Love
3+ years of experience in
Customer Success
,
Account Management
, or
Sales
, ideally within a
creative agency, production company, or marketing environment.
Proven experience in
upselling, renewals, or account expansion,
you know how to turn relationships into revenue.
Strong presentation and communication skills; you can sell ideas and creative solutions confidently.
Familiarity with
social media advertising
,
UGC content production
, and
performance marketing.
Proficient with
Monday.com, Slack, and CRM tools (Pipedrive or HubSpot experience preferred).
Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Fluent in English (French or Spanish a plus).
Empathetic yet persuasive. You listen first, then lead clients toward smarter creative investments.
Bonus points if you've managed clients in
mobile apps, SaaS, or high-volume paid media
sectors.
