We are seeking a

Customer Success Manager

to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our strategic customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions. You will collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, and Product Management teams to drive customer success, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Partnership:

Help customers define success metrics, implement best practices, and achieve desired outcomes. Monitor usage and success metrics to identify and resolve challenges early.

Product Adoption:

Guide customers through onboarding, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure continued value realization.

Technical Liaison:

Act as the main point of contact for escalations, collaborating with Support and Product teams to resolve issues and improve the experience.

Account Strategy:

Collaborate with internal teams to monitor account health, analyze usage data and KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and support renewals.

Customer Advocacy:

Build strong relationships through regular business reviews, feedback sessions, and identifying opportunities for case studies or references.

Qualifications & Experience:



Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in Customer Success or a related role within cybersecurity or SaaS, with a focus on driving adoption and retention.

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Problem Solving:

Skilled at identifying customer challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Adaptability:

Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiar with Salesforce and Google Workspace; knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM) are a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
