The Team

With accountability over new business, relationships and clients, the sales team members are expert relationship builders with an intimate understanding of our existing client needs and target market, this team is behind driving the phenomenal growth that\xe2\x80\x99s made Freight Club a cutting-edge player in the e-Commerce game.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

The Customer Success Manager is directly accountable for the satisfaction, retention, and growth of a portfolio of Freight Club corporate customers, having a significant impact on the performance of the business as a whole.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.
  • Engage with all Freight Club team members to resolve client issues as needed.
  • Conduct client/program audits and reviews to provide program recommendations.
  • Establish long lasting relationships with our enterprise client base, with a sole focus on their success with Freight Club.
  • Execute on the Freight Club service model through the provision of value-added program management services to our clients. This includes both day to day operational activities and periodic strategic program reviews.
  • Be their primary point of contact for any issues or queries, acting as the client\xe2\x80\x99s advocate within our organization to ensure you bring forward teams and actions to help resolve their needs.
  • Proactively work with the client to forecast their shipping needs and work with them to provide solutions that will enable their growth.
  • Maintain an intimate understanding of our products, the shipping industry and the competitive landscape and be able to speak with confidence to what sets us apart.

Who You Are
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or product marketing at a fast-paced company (preferably in a similar role at a SaaS company).
  • You are a natural relationship builder with a demonstrated ability to understand and service complex client needs.
  • You are proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work both autonomously and with a team, to drive excellent results.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships, rapport and establish trust through a consultative approach.
  • Your analytical mindset, proven time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and attention to detail, will serve you well in this role.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Above all, you\'ll be an enthusiastic self-starter who\'s eager to learn and keen to contribute to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Familiar with SaaS products, with strong aptitude for technology.
  • Familiar with CRMs and possesses strong CRM hygiene.
  • Nice to have: experience in B2B or SaaS sales.
