CUSTOMER OPERATIONS (SUCCESS) MANAGER
Type: Remote| Permanent Role | Edmonton or Calgary Based
Our client, is a leading supplier of solutions that enhance, boost, and support sustainable agriculture and industrial applications.

The Opportunity
They are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a small, high-performing team responsible for managing the complete order process-from custom order intake through to international delivery of finished products.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, or large-scale import/export operations, with a proven ability to drive process improvements, uphold accountability, and elevate customer experience standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for logistics coordination, inside sales, and customer service.
  • Manage international logistics, working closely with production, transportation, and customer stakeholders.
  • Implement and enhance procedures that increase efficiency and consistency across the order cycle.
  • Monitor and report on order status to sales and production teams to support proactive communication.
  • Set and maintain clear expectations for performance, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Conduct monthly site visits to Alberta locations to support operational alignment and team development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize ERP use and ensure seamless integration between systems and production.
  • Champion best practices in customer operations, building a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in a customer service driven environment within the manufacturing, logistics, or agriculture space.
  • SCMP Designation or related supply chain management background is an asset.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Demonstrated success in managing international logistics and full-cycle order processes.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems; participation in an ERP implementation is an asset.
  • Skilled in developing processes, driving efficiency, and leading teams with accountability.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead both remotely.
  • Reliable personal transportation as monthly in-person visits to 2 Alberta based locations is a requirement.
