We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our client campaigns on a global scale. As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead a team of coordinators who support our international sales team and execute advertising campaigns for a portfolio of clients across a range of award-winning B2B media brands.

We are looking for someone who has:
  • Extensive digital media experience in campaign management
  • A proven track record in executing advertising campaigns
  • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Background in media, publishing or advertising agency
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-first mindset

As the ideal candidate, you will be an experienced advertising or customer success professional with a passion for client success. You will have a "can-do" attitude, be driven to retain and grow a range of advertising clients, and have a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution of campaigns for a portfolio of advertising clients
  • Ensure a positive and consistent experience for all advertising clients
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer success coordinators
  • Oversee the coordination of client campaigns
  • Manage client contracts and their execution
  • Align processes globally across proposals and end-to-end customer support
  • Implement customer support program across a growing global portfolio
  • Continuously develop and grow the team
  • Track inventory and manage schedules
  • Collaborate with a range of colleagues to execute strategies for clients
