Description:





The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for entering case orders into ERP (V-DLP/EasyRx) system with a high level of accuracy. Coordinating and scheduling case production ensuring schedules and timelines are met. All shipping & receiving related duties. Building and managing relationships with customers; providing an excellent customer experience over the phone, in person and via email. Liaising with the Lab Services Supervisor for other clerical duties related to supply chain and operations, including but not limited to invoice processing and AR.




General Responsibilities:




Providing excellent customer service Answering customer calls and emails Forwarding and connecting incoming calls Case preparation Case progress tracking and coordination Receives and enters cases in our ERP (V-DLP/EasyRx) Invoicing Scheduling patient appointments Coordinate delivery of cases



Qualifications:




Bilingual - French and English Dental background highly desirable 2 years' experience in logistics role in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Customer experience focused approach to problem solving Strong communication skills Excellent time management skills; acts skillfully with a sense of urgency Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite of Products ERP software experience and knowledge Aptitude for learning technical information

Description:





Coordonnateur(trice) de la reussite client est responsable de l'enregistrement des commandes de cas dans le systeme ERP (V-DLP/EasyRx) avec un haut niveau de precision. Gere et planifie la production de cas en veillant a ce que les calendriers et les echeanciers soient respectes. Toutes les taches liees a l'expedition et a la reception. Etabli et gere les relations avec les clients; offre une excellente experience a la clientele par telephone, en personne et par courrier electronique. Assure la liaison avec le superviseur des services de laboratoire pour d'autres taches de bureau liees a la chaine d'approvisionnement et aux operations, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le traitement des factures.




Responsabilites Principales :




Offre un excellent service a la clientele Repond aux appels et aux courriels des clients Renvoi et connexion des appels entrants Gere les cueillettes et les livraisons des cas de laboratoire Verifie les cas de laboratoire avant l'emballage Emballe et deballe les cas de laboratoire Enregistre les cas de laboratoire dans le systeme V-DLP/EasyRx Effectue la facturation Gere les rendez-vous pour choix de couleur



Qualifications:




Bilinguisme - Francais Anglais Experience dentaire hautement souhaitable 2 ans d'experience dans un role de logistique Porte une attention particuliere aux details et a la precision dans son travail Une approche client et un service a la clientele irreprochable Excellentes competences en communication verbale et ecrite Excellente competence en gestion du temps; agit habilement avec un sentiment d'urgence Competences avancees en Microsoft Office Experience et connaissance des logiciels ERP * Aptitude a apprendre des informations techniques
