Description du poste

La fonction principale de ce poste est de g\xc3\xa9rer les revenus r\xc3\xa9currents de la r\xc3\xa9ussite des clients (support technique) par la fourniture efficace et efficiente d\'activit\xc3\xa9s et de services visant \xc3\xa0 collecter, recevoir, organiser, disperser, comptabiliser et enregistrer toutes les formes d\'informations et de donn\xc3\xa9es.

Ce que vous ferez

Participer en permanence aux initiatives d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration des processus du d\xc3\xa9partement Succ\xc3\xa8s Client .
V\xc3\xa9rifier, suivre, documenter, g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer et envoyer toutes les factures d\'assistance technique.
G\xc3\xa9rer la coordination, le d\xc3\xa9veloppement et la pr\xc3\xa9paration des listes de contr\xc3\xb4le et de la documentation standard relative \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9ussite des clients.
Assurer la rentabilit\xc3\xa9 du d\xc3\xa9partement Succ\xc3\xa8s Client .

Ce que nous recherchons

DEC Bureautique ou formation \xc3\xa9quivalente

Excellent sens de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation et bon capacite pour organiser des fichier et donn\xc3\xa9es de mani\xc3\xa8re efficace.

Soucie d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9 pour la satisfaction des clients

Comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication \xc3\xa9crite et verbale en anglais et en fran\xc3\xa7ais, car nous avons des clients au Qu\xc3\xa9bec, au Canada et \xc3\x89tats-Unis.

Ma\xc3\xaetrise de la suite Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler avec des d\xc3\xa9lais serr\xc3\xa9s

Connaissance de processus comptables et financi\xc3\xa8res

Primary Functions:

  • Participate in process improvements initiatives of the Customer Success department on a continuing basis.
  • Verify, Track, document, generate and send all technical support invoices
  • Manage the coordination, development and preparation of checklists and standard documentation relating to Customer Success.
  • Ensure the profitability of the Customer Success department.
What we are looking for
  • A diploma in Business or Administration, or an equivalent program from a college.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to organize files and data efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrable customer care and focus
  • English and French written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prepare and present reports in area of responsibility.
  • Knowledge in accounting and financial procedures.
