Job Details
As Customer Success and Software Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting, onboarding and ensuring all customers are successfully using and receiving immense value from our software products.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide high quality support to all software customers. Fully understand, diagnose and resolve all issues
Perform onboarding for all software products. Understand customer's business, current challenges and setup the software to achieve maximum business results
Perform regular follow ups with all customers to ensure they are successfully using the software and getting the most value from it
Promote software add-ons and higher software versions to increase customer lifetime value
Manage customer cancellations, customer objections and complaints
Provide input and feedback on software features and updates
Perform other duties as requested
Job Requirements:
Be incredibly driven and tenacious.
Previous success in B2B software support
Previous success in B2B software onboarding
Confident and able to manage B2B customer relationships
Goal-driven and self-motivated to learn new things
Good with learning and demonstrating software
Nice To Have:
B2B Sales experience
Experience in glass industry or any other construction trade
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$42.50 per hour
