About the Role

We're seeking a

Customer Success Advisor

who enjoys helping clients achieve results and guiding them through a seamless experience with our products. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, connecting the dots between departments and ensuring customers receive timely, thoughtful support.

This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients and help them maximize the value of our solutions. Support onboarding, training, and issue resolution while maintaining clear communication with internal teams. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Research departments to ensure follow-through on client requests. Analyze customer needs, identify potential challenges early, and propose actionable solutions. Keep records and updates organized in our CRM and internal systems. Contribute ideas to improve processes and communication across teams.

What You Bring

1-5 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or client-facing roles. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail. Empathy, professionalism, and curiosity to learn and grow.
