Gregg Distributors is an established and growing industrial supplies company that has been serving Western Canadians for over 57 years.

We are looking to grow our

Customer Service/Warehousing

team in

Drayton Valley

. You will be responsible for serving customers at the front counter, picking customers' orders as well as helping in receiving and warehousing duties. Successful candidates will be hands-on individuals who have a passion for customer service and aren't afraid of physical work. Customer Service Responsibilities:

Identify customers' needs and recommend valuable products Sell spare and replacement parts Answer customer inquiries and advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts Handle cash transactions Pick and package customers' orders in a safe and efficient manner Adhere to company safety policies

Warehousing Responsibilities:

Unload and visually inspect incoming goods Distribute received products to the appropriate warehouse area in a safe and efficient manner Other miscellaneous warehousing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to work well in a fast paced and physically demanding environment Self-motivated Excellent verbal communication skills Capable of maintaining a professional image and enhancing customer relationships Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team High level of attention to detail Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner Able to comfortably lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
