:

Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Worker (MON-FRI 8-5)

First point of contact for counter sales customers and battery pickups,

-Must possess an upbeat, friendly and professional demeanor

Responsibilities Of The Job:

Accountable for placing orders accurately and daily invoicing.

Advise customers the correct product for the right application. (Product training provided)

Call on existing or potential sales customers

Responsible for maintaining batteries, charging, filling

Maintaining upkeep in warehouse, scrap, floors, garbage, etc.

Responsible for picking/labeling daily batteries, as well as daily deliveries

Responsible for organization of skids in warehouse

Various daily tasks shared amongst coworkers

Inventory management, rotation

Job Requirements:

Problem solving skills

Basic-Intermediate computer skills

General knowledge of warehouse duties

Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs

Must be able to Multi-task (multiple phone lines, computers etc.)
