Job Description

Accurate Security is one of the lower mainland's largest locksmith & security system companies in British Columbia and we are seeking an experienced customer service/scheduling rep to join our team.

Accurate Security's customer base is continuing to grow and expand. We have an immediate opening in our New Westminster office to meet the increasing demand for our loyal customers. We are looking for an outgoing and dependable individual to help meet the needs of our customers. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
The qualified applicant will need to be able to work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm. We are flexible for the right person - we are looking for someone that will fit in well with the team and that ideally has dispatch experience.

## Duties
- Receive customer inquiry/calls and coordinate scheduling of service appointments
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and carriers to ensure timely service
- Analyze data to optimize delivery routes and improve efficiency
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with stakeholders
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to support logistics operations

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Receive requests for service from customers and record all details in an accurate manner. Booking the right service tech to the right call. Direct and control the activities of the technical staff on a day-to-day basis. Maximizing call bookings for the day - including prioritizing call, minimizing call back possibilities and maximizing opportunities. Keeping track of the availability and location of our technicians. Answering incoming calls efficiently and professionally when needed. Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns and needs. Ask appropriate questions and record all information received in a clear and logical manner. Various accounting & administrative duties as assigned
Experience:

Service dispatch: 1 year (an asset) Telephone customer service: 1 year (an asset)
Mandarin speaking is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
