Inside Sales/Customer Support Specialist

Best Theratronics Ltd. is a Canadian company of TeamBest(TM). We became a member of the Best family in May 2008. We manufacture external beam therapy units and self-contained blood irradiators. We have created a new product line of cyclotrons (B14p, B35p and the B70p) for radioisotope production. The team brings with it a diverse range of knowledge from around the world. TeamBest(TM) is driven by one primary goal - to provide the best products and services to customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Director the incumbent will be responsible for providing inside sales and service support to our Agents, Distributors and Customers within a Global Market. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

All order management functions including preparation of quotations and tender responses, contract receipt and review, order management and coordination in regards to international export of Best Theratronics Ltd. Products. This also includes billable services and spare parts for our current install base.

Work closely with Technical Services to schedule billable services and installations.

Work closely with Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing and Technical Services to ensure timely response and delivery as per customer requirements.

Work directly with Agents/Distributors and customers to comply with regulatory requirements.

Assist Finance to update forecast and ensure revenue recognition is accurate and on time. Also assist with accounts receivable issues.

Serve as a contact and address issues during audits

Maintain ownership and responsibility for all purchase order related issues through to resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

Generate and maintain files/records in accordance with established procedures including but not limited to purchase orders, change orders, part numbers, expedites, delivery challenges etc.

Follows-up and negotiates with customers/agents/distributors

Attends to miscellaneous related tasks as required

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Post Secondary education is preferred or equivalent combination of skills and experience. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are essential. Organizational ability, judgement and decision-making proficient to carry out routine tasks within the companies guidelines. Must be a self starter with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Must be able to adapt to changes within the work environment based on customer or company requirements. Past experience in an Inside Sales / customer support environment required Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
