Customer Service/sales Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service/Sales Associate to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with selecting flowers and/or plants and answer questions about flower/plant care
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Taking/fulfilling customer walk in orders, phone call orders and online orders
Create fresh wrapped floral bouquets
Clean, cut and prep fresh flowers
Watering plants
Stocking inventory
Handling cash and sales transactions
Organizing deliveries
Key holder
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
Keeping shop clean and presentable
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Experience working in a floral shop an asset
Flower and plant knowledge an asset
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Job can be physically demanding. Must be able to lift and carry buckets of water/flowers, supplies etc.

Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sunday 10am - 4pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2025-08-18
