Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our brand. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Accurately process and fill customer orders in a timely manner. Operate the point-of-sale system and ensure proper handling of transactions. Stock shelves, maintain organized inventory, and keep displays neat and appealing. Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services. Collaborate with team members in a positive and professional manner. Perform additional duties as needed to ensure the overall efficiency of the business. Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Driver's License

: A valid driver's license is required.

Bondable

: Must be bondable (able to pass a background screening for employment purposes). Proficient in English. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette. Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable. Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions. Experience with Sage 300 (ERP software) is an asset but not mandatory. A friendly demeanor and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
