Job Description

EB Solution is expanding and seeking to hire an Customer Services Manager to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership and the operation of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will lead Customer services operation to ensure our technology infrastructure and operations are reliable, available, scalable and secure.

Customer Services Manager responsibilities:



Provide inspired leadership for the organization.

Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.

Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.

Resolving Daily escalations, manage daily operational activities.

Manage client's account communications.

Negotiate Vendor contracts.

Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Support worker communication with the management team.

Oversee all deployments and projects.

Oversee HR activities.

Oversee Billing activities.

Identifying growth opportunities with existing client and actioning.

Managing current accounts

Identifying new opportunities and pursue new clients.

Managing daily tasks of office / staff operations

Responsible for internal processes and procedure as well as develop and document new one.

Oversee procurement activities.

Experience in management, operations, and leadership.

Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.

Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.

Excellent communication skills.

Solid understanding of financial management.

Solid understanding of IT management.

Continuous learning, educational and technical development to stay current with recent technology and solutions.

Office Manager Requirements:



Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure

Optimistic attitude

Must feel comfortable making lots of calls

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone presence and in-person

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Need to be very organized since they will handle several accounts simultaneously

Good understanding of Sales Cycle

Entrepreneurial spirit is a definite asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
