Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

Le titulaire du poste contribue \xc3\xa0 la mission de base de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de support au programme pour assurer un fonctionnement s\xc3\xbbr et \xc3\xa9conomique de la flotte en service. Pour le p\xc3\xa9rim\xc3\xa8tre qui lui est assign\xc3\xa9 au sein de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe Support Programme, le titulaire du poste est responsable de la livraison des items suivants:
  • Diriger l\'analyse des \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements critiques d`interruptions op\xc3\xa9rationnelles des clients dans le cadre du processus Watchtower pour les clients s\xc3\xa9lectionn\xc3\xa9s.
  • S\'assurer que les nouveaux clients sont pr\xc3\xaats \xc3\xa0 leur Entr\xc3\xa9e En Service en ce qui concerne les sujets li\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 la performance de la flotte
  • \xc3\x89laborer un plan d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration de la flotte complet qui documentera la performance de l\'A220 et comment la g\xc3\xa9rer afin d\'atteindre les objectifs de performance et le niveau de maturit\xc3\xa9 selon les cibles d\xc3\xa9finies.
  • Diriger l\'analyse des compagnies a\xc3\xa9riennes et proposer un plan d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration de la flotte sur mesure par client, en fonction de leurs besoins op\xc3\xa9rationnels sp\xc3\xa9cifiques.
  • Des actions contribuant \xc3\xa0 assurer la Flotte OR (Operational Reliability), OA (Operational Availability), Severe Events (AOG - Aircraft on Ground, RTG - Return to Gate, ATB - Air Turn Back) sont prises et mises en \xc5\x93uvre.
  • N\xc3\xa9gocier avec les fournisseurs et op\xc3\xa9rateurs A220 afin d\'atteindre les objectifs d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration de la flotte au meilleur r\xc3\xa9sultat financier.
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er et maintenir un tableau de bord de la flotte pour rendre compte de l\'\xc3\xa9tat de diverses initiatives, des objectifs de performance et financiers.

Activit\xc3\xa9s Principales

  • Le titulaire du poste sera charg\xc3\xa9 de diriger l\'analyse pr\xc3\xa9cise et opportune des \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements de la flotte afin d\'assurer une identification proactive des probl\xc3\xa8mes de la flotte dans le cadre du processus Watchtower.
  • Le titulaire du poste participera \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration de l\'EIS des nouveaux clients pour s\'assurer qu\'ils sont pr\xc3\xaats pour les probl\xc3\xa8mes connus de performance de la flotte.
  • Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de d\xc3\xa9velopper un document (Fleet Improvement Plan) qui servira de base/guide qui permettra \xc3\xa0 l\'A220 d\'atteindre les objectifs de maturit\xc3\xa9 par syst\xc3\xa8me. Le candidat d\xc3\xa9finira des cibles, en collaboration avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie de maintenance, mobilisera diverses \xc3\xa9quipes \xc3\xa0 l\'interne et \xc3\xa0 l\'externe afin d\'atteindre les objectifs de performance.
  • Le titulaire du poste sera charg\xc3\xa9 de diriger l\'analyse des compagnies a\xc3\xa9riennes afin de comprendre les domaines d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration et de mobiliser les efforts de diverses \xc3\xa9quipes pour mettre en place un plan d\'action afin d\'atteindre des objectifs op\xc3\xa9rationnels pr\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9finis pour des clients sp\xc3\xa9cifiques, y compris, mais sans s\'y limiter, des solutions techniques, des plans d`assistance pour les pi\xc3\xa8ces, assistance technique sur site et am\xc3\xa9liorations op\xc3\xa9rationnelles.
  • Dans ses responsabilit\xc3\xa9s, le candidat devra surveiller toutes les actions pour s\'assurer de leur ex\xc3\xa9cution dans les d\xc3\xa9lais et rendre compte des progr\xc3\xa8s et des performances en interne, en externe aux diff\xc3\xa9rents fournisseurs impliqu\xc3\xa9s et aux compagnies a\xc3\xa9riennes via diff\xc3\xa9rents forums.
  • Le titulaire du poste m\xc3\xa8nera des n\xc3\xa9gociations avec divers fournisseurs sur les initiatives de performance de la flotte.
  • Le titulaire du poste suivra l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution et l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9 globales des bulletins de service sur la flotte.

Qualifications

  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me en g\xc3\xa9nie a\xc3\xa9rospatial ou \xc3\xa9quivalent;
  • Minimum de cinq (5) ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en ing\xc3\xa9nierie et/ou Service \xc3\xa0 la Client\xc3\xa8le
  • Bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension des op\xc3\xa9rations d\'une compagnie a\xc3\xa9rienne avec une exp\xc3\xa9rience pratique ;
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans la gestion d\'importants projets multidisciplinaires;
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience significative dans l\'interaction avec les clients des compagnies a\xc3\xa9riennes et la gestion des relations ;
  • Une exp\xc3\xa9rience Airbus et/ou A220 et/ou Customer Services est un atout certain;

Accountabilities

The Job holder contributes to the basic mission of the Program Support team to ensure safe & economic operation of the fleet in-service. For the perimeter assigned to him/her within the Program Support team, the job holder is accountable for the delivery of:
  • Leading the customer critical operational interruption events analysis as part of the Watchtower process for selected customers.
  • Ensure New customer EIS readiness related to Fleet Performance related topics
  • Developing a comprehensive Fleet Improvement Plan that will document the A220 performance and how to manage it in order to achieve performance objectives and maturity level per defined targets.
  • Lead Airlines analysis and propose tailored Fleet Improvement Plan per customers, based on their specific operational needs.
  • Actions contributing to ensure Fleet OR (Operational Reliability), OA (Operational Availability), Severe Events (AOG - Aircraft on Ground, RTG - Return to Gate, ATB - Air Turn Back) are taken and implemented.
  • Negotiate with A220 suppliers and operators in order to achieve the fleet operational improvement targets at the best financial outcome.
  • Create and maintain a fleet dashboard to report on various initiatives status, performance targets and financials.

Main activities

  • The Jobholder will be responsible to lead the accurate and timely analysis of fleet events to ensure a proactive identification of fleet issues as part of the Watchtower process.
  • The Jobholder will participate in the EIS preparation of new customers to ensure readiness to known fleet performance issues.
  • The jobholder will be responsible to develop a document (Fleet Improvement Plan) that will serve as basis/guide that will allow the A220 reach maturity targets per system. The candidate will define targets, in collaboration with the Maintenance Engineering team, mobilize various team internally and externally in order to achieve performance objectives.
  • The job holder will be responsible to lead airline analysis in order to understand areas of improvements and mobilize various teams\xe2\x80\x99 effort to put action plan in place in order to achieve predefined operational targets for specific customers, including but not limited to technical solutions, parts support plan, on-site technical assistance and airline operational improvements
  • In his/her responsibilities, the candidate will be required to monitor all actions to ensure on time completion and report progress and performance internally , externally to various suppliers involved and to airlines via different forums
  • The jobholder will lead negotiations with various suppliers on fleet performance initiatives.
  • The jobholder will track overall Service Bulletin fleet embodiment and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Aerospace Engineering degree or equivalent;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Engineering and/or Customer Services
  • Strong understanding of an airline operation with hands on experience;
  • Experience in managing important multi-disciplinary projects;
  • Significant experience in interacting with Airline customers and managing relationships;
  • Airbus and/or A220 and/or Customer Services experience is a definite asset;
  • Customer focused and behave with integrity at all time with no compromise;
  • Strong business and financial acumen combined with a strategic view;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and treat people with respect;
  • Demonstrated capability of building and leading high performance teams in a fast-paced environment, with constantly changing priorities;
  • Care for people development and value everyone\xe2\x80\x99s contribution;
  • Available for short notice travel and have flexible working hours.
