We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual for the position of Customer Service/Receptionist. This individual develops and maintains positive working relationships with existing and potential customers who visit and call the branch. Together with other team members, this Individual demonstrates excellent customer service skills as they work with our customers to help meet their needs. The Customer Service/Receptionist will also be expected to work collaboratively with all departments while taking on various tasks including data entry, filing, switchboard and other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Monitor the front desk including answering and directing all calls in a professional manner
Answering phone calls to take orders and provide product knowledge to customers
Data and order entry tasks
Over the counter sales
Filing
Provide administrative support to other departments with various tasks and projects
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years office and direct customer contact experience
Effective communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
Strong computer skills including ability to learn new systems
Must have Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with a POS computer system is an asset
Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Highly motivated and proactive

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
