About Muon In a strongly changing world with new mobility requirements and trendy market demands, we want to develop quality electric-powered bikes(e-bikes) for a diversity of customers and end-users worldwide. Our goal is to develop e-bikes, introduce new technologies and continuously improve and refine our production processes. Our HQ is in the Netherlands and our new Canada center is coming soon, a huge showroom(7000sft) in Kitchener Ontario. : 1. Be enthusiastic in e-bikes, training will be provided. 2. Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work/office directories Qualifications No experience is required; however, we do require or request the following. 1. Must be detail orientated and able to multi-task, contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting sales goals. 2. Must have good client service capability and confidence in engaging enquires across multiple communication channels (i.e. Work on the phone, email, chat etc.) using a friendly and professional tone. 3. Past experiences in, and current desire for, good customer service role will be an asset. 4. Can use MS Office software and familiar with the Shopify system. 5. Work well in a team environment, by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting our customer needs.
