The Role: Client Advocate

Client retention:

By performing your tasks, you uphold our contract with our clients by providing qualified access and documenting telecom management.

Upholding telecom service providers to CRTC and Canadian Electrical Codes & Standards:

By providing qualified access to buildings, we can ensure service providers and their contractors are installing equipment with proper contracts, scopes of work, insurance and WCB.

Quick access for contractors while freeing up time for building operators:

Providing qualified access allows contractors fast access to a building without having to schedule ahead of time. This frees time up for building operator as they don't need to run around opening door or losing keys and having to rekey a site.

Needed Skills:



Spelling & grammar proficient reader Well spoken (English) Moderate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.). Outgoing personality Lifelong learner Growth mindset Highly motivated Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance. Organized with strong attention to detail. 2-5 years' reception/office experience. ability to de-escalate situations.
