Duties
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
Manage customer accounts, including onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationships
Support outside sales efforts through lead generation and follow-up communications
Assist in business development activities by identifying new market segments and potential clients
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
Support technical sales processes by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions
Work with our Estimating Department, putting jobs into Production.
