Job Summary We are a manufacturing supplier to the window and door industry seeking a dynamic individual for Order Entry / Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone who likes a challenging, fast-paced manufacturing environment, where they will communicate regularly with internal and external customers to ensure that everyone receives the best standards of customer care. Summary of essential job functions: \xc2\xb7 Answers incoming customer calls and emails regarding order status, ship dates, product information, pricing or other information \xc2\xb7 Process incoming customer Purchase Orders \xc2\xb7 Review orders for accuracy and completion \xc2\xb7 Attend daily production meetings for manufacturing, purchasing, and shipping updates \xc2\xb7 Communicate with sales team regarding customer requirements as needed \xc2\xb7 Assist walk in customers with placing orders and processing COD payments \xc2\xb7 Review daily Order Report to expedite shipments and contact customers to arrange pickup of materials \xc2\xb7 Invoice shipped goods daily \xc2\xb7 Initiate Customer Complaint process and manage customer expectations \xc2\xb7 Process credit card machine nightly \xc2\xb7 Support outside sales team by entering and sending quotes to potential opportunities and other tasks as required Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 2 yrs+ Manufacturing experience required \xc2\xb7 2 yrs+ customer service experience and data entry experience required \xc2\xb7 Microsoft Office Suite experience required \xc2\xb7 Experience with ERP/ Data Entry software required \xc2\xb7 College Diploma Preferred \xc2\xb7 Proficient in the English Language essential, Bilingual preferred (French) \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 Able to work as a team player in a fast paced environment Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company\'s customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
