Crave is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic

retail staff

to join our vibrant bakery and coffee shop. If you have a passion for delicious baked goods, exceptional customer service, and love creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet and serve customers with a smile, ensuring an exceptional bakery and coffee experience.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain knowledge of our menu, including pastries, and coffee offerings, to assist customers with their selections. Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks from our menu.

Sales:

Process transactions accurately using our POS system, handle cash and card payments, and provide excellent checkout service.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the cafe areas clean and organized, including the display cases, counters, and customer seating areas.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure seamless service and a positive environment for both customers and team members.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Skills:

A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus but not required--we're willing to train the right candidate!

Team Player:

Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
