Ducato Foods JOB DESCRIPTION CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST We are currently recruiting for Customer Services Specialists, to join our team, in Montreal.

As a Customer Services Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information. Assist with placement of orders, invoices, refund, exchanges. Keep the price list accurate and up-to-date. Advise Sales representatives of any new product or price change. Bilingualism in English and French required
You will NEED to be self-motivated and driven to succeed
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present effectively over the phone.
