As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer service tasks.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide information
Perform data entry to update customer records and information accurately
Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services to enhance their experience
Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
Assist customers in both English and Spanish languages as needed
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers
Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is beneficial
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for this role.
