Customer Service Representative (part-time to turn into full-time)- The Access Store

Keewatin Street, NW Winnipeg
Salary:
$20,000 - $22,500 annually (based on experience)
Schedule:
Part-time, Monday-Friday
Requirements:
Valid MB driver's license & reliable vehicle for occasional local deliveries
What You'll Do
Customer Champion:
Be the welcoming voice customers hear when they need support, guidance, and solutions for their accessibility needs.
Daily Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat with warmth and expertise
Guide customers through product selections with genuine care and technical knowledge
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
Maintain detailed customer records and account updates
Resolve concerns and troubleshoot issues with creative problem-solving
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest additional helpful products
Collaborate with our warehouse and clinical teams to ensure seamless service
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
3+ years customer service experience
(healthcare, retail, or technical support preferred)
Advanced computer proficiency:
QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook), and web applications
Excellent communication:
Clear, empathetic verbal and written English skills
Typing speed:
Minimum 50 WPM with accuracy
Organization:
Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Problem-solving:
Natural troubleshooter who follows through until resolution
